My name is on the sign, so I am the one on your job site. For 17+ years I have designed and built custom homes along the Carolina coast - 51+ of them - for people who wanted more than a floor plan with their name typed on it.
I am local. I know which way the storms come from, what salt air does to cheap materials, and which inspectors want what. That goes into every home I hand over, and it is why the families I have built for still call years later - and why I still pick up.
