The information on this site

This website describes what Sustainable Homes Inc. does and how to get in touch. It is general information, and it is not a quote, an estimate, a contract, or professional advice for your particular situation. Descriptions, availability, and prices can change, and anything shown here is subject to confirmation in writing before any work begins.

Sending a message through this site does not create a contract or a professional relationship, and I am not obliged to take on any particular job. Any work I agree to do will be set out separately in writing.

Content and copyright

The text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to Sustainable Homes Inc. or to the people I licensed them from, and they are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to view the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. Please do not republish, sell, or use this material commercially without asking first.

Anything you send me

When you send me a message, a photograph, or a document through this site, you keep ownership of it. You are confirming that it is yours to send and that sharing it with me does not break anyone else’s rights. I use what you send to answer you and to do the work you asked about, and my handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form. It is an ordinary web form, not a secure portal. If something needs to be private, ask me and I will arrange a better way to receive it.
